  • Maintain strategic partnerships with key manufacturers and distributors within the event and hospitality supply chain.
  • Monitor supplier risks and develop contingency sourcing strategies when needed.
  • Lead negotiations for supply agreements and multi-location purchasing contracts.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce cost of goods while maintaining product quality and service levels.
  • Partner with finance and operations leadership to manage procurement budgets and forecast purchasing needs.
  • Track and report procurement KPIs including cost savings, vendor performance, and purchasing efficiency.
Operational Collaboration
  • Partner with warehouse, maintenance, and showroom teams to ensure purchased items meet operational needs and durability standards.
  • Support new market launches and facility openings with sourcing and procurement planning.
Systems & Process Improvement
  • Implement and optimize procurement systems, purchasing workflows, and vendor management tools.
  • Develop reporting and analytics to improve demand planning, purchasing decisions, and supplier performance tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement efficiency and transparency across the organization.
