  • Vendor Management & Networking:
    • Actively build, maintain, and prioritize key vendor and contractor relationships, including regular meetings to be a subject‑matter expert for Aypa on each of these supply segments and vendor status;

  • Cross‑Team Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with Engineering, Construction, Legal, and Development to ensure requirements are captured within supply contracts and recommendations;
    • Work closely with internal and external resources to structure, negotiate, and close project transactions;
  • Process Improvement:
    • Champion procurement efficiency initiatives that enhance operational scalability, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain resilience;
    • Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to support company growth;
  • Transaction Support:
    • Work closely with internal and external resources to structure, negotiate and close project transactions related to acquisitions, financings, and divestitures, as well as commercial and technical contract agreements;
  • General:
    • Provide procurement insights and recommendations to inform company business plans, development strategy, and long‑term supply chain positioning;
  • Other duties as required or assigned.
Key Qualifications
