We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead sourcing, contract management, and supply chain coordination for large-scale industrial projects. This role plays a critical part in supporting CAPEX initiatives and ensuring seamless execution across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement initiatives for heavy industrial equipment aligned with CAPEX projects
• Manage end‑to‑end contract administration, including techno‑commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations
• Oversee EPC procurement activities, vendor performance, and cross‑functional coordination
• Drive supplier selection, cost optimization, and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery
• Manage large‑value contracts and complex procurement packages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
• 12–15 years of experience in procurement and contract management
• Background in heavy industrial sectors (steel, metals, mining, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience supporting greenfield or large‑scale industrial projects
• Strong experience in EPC/CAPEX procurement environments
• Expertise managing large‑value contracts and complex sourcing initiatives
• Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and engineering documents
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
