Job Summary

A leading firm in the construction industry, specializing in large-scale civil infrastructure projects is looking to bring on a Procurement Manager to join their team and manage vendor and subcontractor solicitations and contracts.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and specifications to identify procurement needs.
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor solicitations during bidding and after award.
• Review project estimates to confirm scopes and budgets.
• Prepare comparison and leveling documents for vendor proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms with suppliers.
• Draft purchase agreements and subcontract scopes.
• Manage MWDBE outreach and maintain Good Faith Efforts documentation.
• Develop and monitor MWDBE utilization plans and reports in partnership with diversity teams.
• Process change orders and amendments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Collaborate with estimating teams to obtain competitive pricing for bids.

Job Requirements
