Job summary

IREN is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement for a new data center site in the Texas/Oklahoma area, focusing on capital construction and infrastructure packages. You will manage mechanical, electrical, and critical equipment procurement, and work closely with Engineering, Legal, and Finance to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

This position will be located in the Texas/Oklahoma area.

TheProcurement Managerwilllead procurement activities for a new data center site, withan initialfocus on supporting capital construction and infrastructure projects. This role will play a critical part in delivering large-scale mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure packages on schedule and within budget.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business , Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, including capital project sourcing within the construction or Data Center industry.
• Experience supporting large infrastructure, industrial, energy, or data center projects.
• Demonstrated success leading complex negotiations and contract management.
• Experience building or leading procurement teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, contract structures, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working within ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience in data center, mission-critical, energy, or high-availability environments.
• Experience supporting greenfield site builds or major expansions.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure supply markets.

Job responsibilities

Capital Project Support
