Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership, direction, and development to the Procurement COE team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Govern and continuously enhance procurement‑related SAP structures and workflows, including organizational hierarchy, release strategies, material master governance, and Materials Management optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure procurement operations remain compliant with SOX requirements, ESG commitments, supplier safety expectations, and internal governance standards.
  • Lead the deployment and administration of enterprise procurement programs, monitoring adoption, utilization, compliance, and overall business effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage supplier segmentation methodologies, supplier scorecards, and performance evaluation tools to support strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives.
  • Oversee Titan America’s corporate fleet and toll management programs, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, compliance, and vendor performance.
  • Serve as the enterprise owner for procurement‑related master data, including material, service, and vendor records, ensuring data integrity and process consistency across the organization.
  • Develop and administer the company’s procurement contract management framework, including contract intake, review coordination, repository governance, and compliance with delegated authority and LOA approval requirements.
  • Partner closely with Digital Transformation and IT teams to expand procurement analytics and reporting capabilities, including business intelligence dashboards, KPI development, workflow automation, and emerging AI‑enabled procurement tools.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve procurement policies, procedures, standards, and governance documentation.
  • Design and deliver training materials, process documentation, workshops, and Procure‑to‑Pay educational sessions for procurement personnel and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise procurement transformation initiatives and contribute to the continued evolution of Titan America’s Procurement Center of Excellence model.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, procurement operations, shared services, or procurement governance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing operations, contract administration, and procure‑to‑pay workflows within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience working within ERP environments, preferably SAP, including exposure to master data governance and workflow administration.
  • Demonstrated experience developing procurement policies, governance programs, and internal compliance processes.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience utilizing business intelligence and reporting tools to support operational decision‑making.
  • Experience managing or supporting enterprise contract administration and repository management programs.
  • Familiarity with corporate fleet management programs and vendor administration practices is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Exceptional written communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building capabilities with a demonstrated ability to partner cross‑functionally across Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced, evolving business environment.
