The University of South Carolina seeks a Procurement Manager in the DAF Purchasing and Central Supply department. Under limited supervision, you will lead facilities procurement for professional and construction services, supervise staff, and serve as liaison with internal and external departments.
Candidates should have knowledge of state and university policy, familiarity with the SC Consolidated Procurement Code, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Under limited supervision, provides effective leadership, direction, and management of Facilities Procurement with responsibility for the procurement of professional and construction services. Supervises the construction procurement staff. Serves as administrative liaison with internal and external departments and external agencies relating to procurement and administration of services and external departments and external agencies relating to procurement and administration of services.
