Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals and operational needs.

• Identify, qualify, and select suppliers, and monitor quality, delivery, pricing, and compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules, and track compliance and renewals.
• Monitors spend against budget and drive cost-reduction and cost-avoidance initiatives.
• Partner with operations and warehouse teams to right-size inventory and anticipate shortages or disruptions.
• Identify supply chain risks, put mitigation plans in place, and keep procurement records accurate and compliant.
• Lead, coach, and develop procurement staff around clear expectations and continuous improvement.
