Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of four years managing procurement or supply chain processes and team.
• Experience with high-volume workload and supplier performance management.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for external services supporting production, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management.
• Develop request for proposals to support strategic direction.
• Maintain strategic relationships with key service providers for reliable, cost-effective service.
• Handle high volumes of purchase orders and supplier interactions with accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, finance and other departments to align procurement needs.
• Monitor supplier performance, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Resolve supplier or service issues to minimize production impact.
• Lead or support negotiations on pricing, SLAs, and contract terms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Procurement oversees the sourcing and supplier management of external services that support production operations. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, results-driven supplier relationships, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and operational continuity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of handling high transaction volumes, and excels at cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for external services supporting production, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management
• Develop request for proposal to support the Procurement strategic direction of the team and company
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective service delivery
• Handle high volumes of purchase orders, service requests, and supplier interactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, finance, and other internal departments to align procurement activities with business needs
• Monitor supplier performance, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Proactively resolve supplier or service-related issues to minimize impact on production
• Lead or support negotiations with suppliers for pricing, service levels, and contract terms
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of four years managing procurement or supply chain processes and team, preferably in services procurement or production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail
• Experience overseeing supplier relationships and performance management
• Relationship Management: Strong ability to build trust and maintain effective partnerships with external service providers
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to coordinate across multiple departments and align priorities
• Execution & Follow-Through: Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Leadership: Self-motivated with the capability to influence and lead initiatives, even without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
