Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of buyers across multiple commodity areas.
• Drive supplier performance on delivery, quality and cost targets.
• Align materials schedules with production demand to prevent shortages.
• Oversee purchase order execution and ERP transaction accuracy.
• Generate and present supply chain performance reports.
• Partner with suppliers to resolve delays and improve reliability.
• Expedite critical parts and manage inventory for just-in-time delivery.
• Ensure SAP data integrity and process discipline.
• Support compliance reporting, including SBA requirements.
• Assist with shipping/receiving activities as needed.
