Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in San Francisco, CA seeks an Associate level professional to support Procurement, Logistics, and Sales Operations. You will purchase materials for residential projects and manage shipping/delivery to job sites with 10% travel.

Responsibilities include PO management, BOM review, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely, cost-efficient shipments while following documented processes and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of related field experience.
• 1+ years in procurement and/or supply chain/logistics.
• Valid passport and ability to travel overseas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical and strategic thinking ability.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Strong interpersonal, implementation and facilitation skills.
• Strong, self-motivated team player with MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment status and process vendor payments.
• Review BOM with engineering teams for projects.
• Place purchase orders and track PO status.
• Coordinate with fulfilment team for delivery to sites.
• Plan transportation routes and monitor shipments for cost and service.
• Understand shipping procedures and documentation.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments and file documents in database.
• Update daily PO tracking spreadsheet with delivery and invoices.
• Maintain high levels of customer service between vendors and internal teams.
• Adhere to logistics processes and best practices.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
