Jobot is seeking its first Director of Sourcing to build and lead our enterprise procurement function. You will shape strategies for direct materials, equipment, and strategic supplier partnerships, driving cost optimization and supplier performance.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and executive leadership to align procurement with corporate growth, mentor teams, and negotiate enterprise agreements that underpin long-term business success across the organization.

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Procurement to lead the development and execution of enterprise procurement strategies for direct materials, equipment, and strategic supplier partnerships.

This leader will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership to optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, mitigate supply chain risk, and develop long‑term procurement strategies that support continued business growth.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who enjoys building supplier relationships, negotiating enterprise agreements, mentoring teams, and driving measurable business results.
