Job summary

LFGroup.ai is seeking a Procurement Lead to oversee vendor onboarding, negotiations, and the procurement side of procure-to-pay across site builds. You will source and qualify suppliers, negotiate service contracts, and collaborate with vendors to meet accelerated lead times.

You will partner with Engineering, Construction, Legal, and Accounts Payable to ensure alignment on specifications, terms, and invoicing while building scalable purchasing processes as we grow our multi-site program in

Qualifications

• 7 or more years in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience negotiating prices and contract terms with large suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers of electrical, mechanical, network and construction equipment and services
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and approvals
• Oversee procurement systems and policies
• Track lead times and delivery dates for long-lead equipment and flag schedule risks early
• Work with Engineering and Construction on specifications, quantities and timing
• Negotiate supplier contracts with Legal, including warranties, delivery terms and penalties for late delivery
• Work with Accounts Payable and Receiving so that orders, receipts and invoices match
• Maintain supplier records and measure suppliers on cost, quality and delivery
• Evolve a purchasing process that scales as the number of sites grows
