Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of Facility Management experience preferred.
• Detail Oriented.
• Flexibility and Adaptability.
• Time Management.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding planning, execution, follow-up and communication.
• Delegate tasks to buyers and coordinators and ensure deadlines.
• Manage contracts, provide reporting and support initiatives.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing Manager to build provider network.
• Standardize processes and procedures across team and company.
• Identify process efficiencies with Senior Director, Procurement.
• Assist in employee development including training and growth.
• Participate in sourcing activities to meet deadlines and goals.
