Job summary

HealthVerity is seeking a Procurement Manager in Philadelphia to own end-to-end sourcing, negotiations, and vendor management in a fast-paced, lean environment.

This hands-on role runs RFPs, negotiates directly with suppliers, fixes processes, and builds spend analyses. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiating skills, ERP experience (Olive, Tropic, NetSuite), and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, hands-on execution over pure strategy.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing vendor deals.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to do whatever it takes.
• Experience with procurement/ERP systems (Olive, Tropic, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical skills and spend analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process for key categories, including sourcing, RFPs, negotiation and contract execution.
• Directly negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels with vendors.
• Own and maintain vendor relationships day-to-day and troubleshoot issues.
• Process and manage purchase orders and requisitions during high-volume periods.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and stakeholders to resolve questions and unblock purchases quickly.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance, following up on issues.
