Job summary

Idaho Pacific Holdings is seeking an organized Inventory Clerk to manage tools, parts and supplies in Center, Colorado. You will track inventories, perform data entry for maintenance programs, and assist with purchase orders and reporting.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. The role requires accuracy, basic Excel skills, and the ability to read manuals and catalogs to keep logs and records up to date. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Understanding of basic inventory principles and maintaining proper inventory levels.
• Ability to read manuals, supply catalogs and instructions.
• Ability to write clearly to maintain logs, records and reports.
• General understanding of tools, parts and supplies used in industrial food manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing inventory of all tools, parts, and supplies, maintaining proper levels and accuracy.
• Data entry into COGS preventative maintenance program.
• Complete purchase orders, various reports and spreadsheet data entry as assigned.
• Complete all other tasks and job duties as assigned.
