Qualifications

• Experience obtaining bids and purchasing central warehouse supplies.
• Ability to read and interpret procurement documents and reports.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFB processes and bid evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Estimates quantities for next year’s purchases based on past usage.
• Creates, advertises, and issues RFQs and RFBs.
• Prints and analyzes monthly inventory reports and generates purchase orders.
• Contacts vendors regarding prices and delivery, and performs market research.
