Uncle Arnie's is one of the fastest-growing cannabis and hemp beverage brands in the U.S., building a national presence with a mission to make infused beverages fun, consistent, and accessible. We are scaling rapidly, servicing 15+ states across both cannabis and liquor channels, and need a world-class operations team to fuel our next stage of growth.

The Procurement & Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing all procurement activities and maintaining accurate inventory tracking across Uncle Arnie's production and warehouse network. This role will ensure materials are purchased and available to meet production forecasts, maintain up-to-date records in company platforms, and perform inventory counts and audits to support operational accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement: Place and manage purchase orders for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging based on production forecasts and schedules.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor and reconcile inventory levels across co-packers and warehouses, ensuring accuracy and availability.
  • System Management: Keep procurement and inventory platforms (ERP/Ohanafy/other systems) updated with real-time data.
  • Inventory Counts & Audits: Conduct regular physical inventory reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Forecast Alignment: Ensure procurement planning is aligned with production schedules and demand forecasts.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers to confirm orders, track deliveries, and resolve procurement or delivery issues.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on procurement activity, open purchase orders, and inventory status to the Operations team.

Required Skillsets and Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations (beverage, CPG, or cannabis preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple vendors and materials simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP/CRM or inventory management systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of procurement workflows, inventory reconciliation, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

The base annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 based on candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
