Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Strong MS Office skills including advanced Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder interfacing abilities.
Hybrid schedule in Oakbrook Terrace HQ June–August 2027.

Responsibilities

Contribute to multiple projects in packaging, ingredients, supplier management, and market research.
Support project management and execution for packaging and ingredient initiatives.
Assess Supplier Relationship Management program and provide recommendations to drive value.
Conduct market research on micro and macro dynamics affecting the packaging portfolio.
Update ERP data and assist in procurement policy reviews.
