Aufgaben

• Support the Procurement team by managing the open order process and supplier communication.
• Prepare, analyze, and support RFPs, including bid evaluation.
• Partner with Process Team to conduct supplier document audits and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with the buying team to maintain master product portfolios for benchmarking.
• Assist with procurement data analysis, reporting, and special projects to boost efficiency and savings.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Explore and apply AI tools to identify process improvements and streamline tasks.
