  • Implement and maintain procurement technology and systems (e.g. contract management platform, e-procurement platforms, vendor scorecards).
  • Maintain and improve the procurement value tracking dashboard to track and report procurement team KPIs.
  • Drive the implementation of vendor scorecards for key vendors across all categories and recommend improvements to the tool and process.
  • Prepare spend data periodically for use by category managers and for reporting to bpostgroup.
  • Support category managers in developing project plans, standardized deliverables, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with bpostgroup on knowledge sharing and on group-wide policies and processes.
  • Research advancements in procurement systems and explore their use cases at the organization.
  • Travel: You will be required to travel 15% of the time, mostly to locations in North America and occasionally to Europe.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, or related roles in large enterprises.
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing procurement processes, tools, and policies.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven record of driving change and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven record of autonomously delivering results.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Travel:
This position is remote. Travel is required domestically 15%.

Benefits:

  • Opportunities to develop and explore career advancement.
  • Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid life insurance, and employer HSA funding.
  • Family planning coverage, including Fertility & Adoption benefits.
  • 401K matching after 6 months with immediate vesting.
