Job summary

You will coordinate with engineering, R&D, and finance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining meticulous procurement records.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with strong organizational and communication skills and a collaborative mindset across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaboration across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain principles preferred.
• Prior internship or part-time experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain preferred.
• Exposure to procurement software platforms or tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier research and vendor evaluation against Last Energy quality standards.
• Assist in managing supplier contracts and tracking key dates.
• Process purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized records of procurement activities and correspondence.
• Coordinate with engineering, R&D, and finance to meet procurement needs.
• Contribute to procurement process improvements and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
