Lockheed Martin is seeking a Procurement Engineer Sr to join the Procurement Engineering Team in a role focused on strategic sourcing and supplier collaboration for aerospace and defense solutions. You will drive cross-functional coordination to ensure design, production, test, and qualification meet program objectives.

Competenze

• Background/degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Procurement Engineer Sr you will be responsible for driving cross-functional coordination and ensuring the successful design, production, test, and qualification of aerospace and defense products.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

Basic Qualifications

• Background/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical information
• Motivated to learn and adapt with proactive mindset

Desired Skills

• Statement of Work/Requirements Writing
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience interfacing with suppliers or Customers
• Green Belt or Black Belt Certified
• Capacity Analysis and experience with Discrete Event Simulation Software
• Experience coordinating cross‑functionally across disciplines (GSC, E&T, Quality, PM, etc.)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
