ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Procurement Engineer I to support evaluation, qualification, and procurement of plant equipment, spare parts, and technical materials in a regulated environment. The role is full-time and on-hybrid, based in Richland, WA, with responsibilities across technical specs, design reviews, and supplier coordination.

Candidates should have an electrical engineering background with 8+ years of experience, strong technical writing, and familiarity with procedures,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical procedures in regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to regulatory detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and maintain procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Translate complex technical information into clear procedures for staff.
• Ensure procedures align with licensing basis, regulatory commitments, and site requirements.
• Review design changes and assess procedural impacts.
• Lead procedural change notices and document revisions.
• Support Emergency Response Organization activities.
