Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–12 years of engineering experience with procurement support on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with TBE processes and vendor qualification activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interface with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material requisitions, technical specs, datasheets, and procurement docs.
• Coordinate inputs for procurement packages from discipline engineering.
• Ensure procurement deliverables meet project requirements.
• Assist in defining technical scope and interface requirements.
• Review vendor proposals for compliance with specs.
• Support TBEs and technical evaluation reports.
• Monitor vendor deliverables and impact on project schedule.
• Resolve procurement-engineering interface issues.
