Job summary

LHH is partnering with a respected Indianapolis organization to recruit a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support procurement operations, supplier relationships, pricing analysis, and sourcing initiatives. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity on-site in Indianapolis.

You will gain exposure to major consumer brands while building a long-term career in procurement and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier pricing and cost data within ERP systems.
• Support sourcing projects, RFPs, RFIs, and vendor evaluations.
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies and supplier issues.
• Manage contract documentation and supplier records.
• Analyze purchasing and pricing data using Excel.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate information flow.
