What will I bedoing?

• Manage procurement activities for goods and services using a variety of methods
• Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and oversee the process through contract award
• Perform requests for bid/quotes and issue purchase orders as applicable
• Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement policies and procedures

KeyQualifications

• Relevant experience may substitute for education
• Strong experience procuring commodities and complex services
• Ability to develop detailed bid specifications and requests for proposals (RFP’s)
• Knowledge of governmental procurement and OMB standards
• Experience with purchase order software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Do you have…

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline orrelatedfield of study
• 3years of experienceworking with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public procurement or local government
• Familiarity with RFP, RFQ, and IFB processes
• Experience handling requisitions and purchase orders

Salary Range- $60,000.00-$72,000.00
