Job description

TheProcurement Coordinator will be responsible distilling complex data into actionable and meaningful information. The individual will contribute by seeking best value and excel at both interpersonal communication and maintaining adequate stock levels while staying at or under budget. The coordinator will support varying temporary projects within the Procurement department.

Responsibilities:

  • Create customer orders and invoices in SBM’s ordering systems (Shopping Cart/JDE)
  • Create customer invoices for the AP team
  • Perform audits of orders and invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Interact with Procurement Analyst I/II and Project Manager to resolve order and invoice issues
  • Maintain spreadsheets to track our progress on current projects
  • May be assigned other projects and/or duties at any time

Qualifications:

  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree from a college or University or one to two years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.

Compensation: $65,000 - $68,640 per year

Shift: Regular full-time
