Job summary

Maryland Department of Transportation seeks a Team Leader (Administrator III) within the Office of Highway Development's Engineering Resource Division to oversee a Project Support Team responsible for contract documents, A&E invoices, and vendor invoices, ensuring procurement compliance.

The incumbent will coordinate the preparation of contract advertisements for OHD and district projects, manage staff, and uphold state and federal procurement regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six years of administrative or professional experience.
• Two years in contract management or procurement or supervising a project team.
• Experience ensuring compliance with procurement laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a Project Support Team within ERD.
• Coordinate preparation of contract documents for ads of OHD/district contracts.
• Review and process A&E and vendor invoices and procure materials/services.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal procurement regulations.
