Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is typically required.
• Experience in procurement, especially indirect procurement, is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and manage supplier relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages procurement projects or owned processes within a defined area.
• Performs supplier assessments and baseline market analysis to inform category strategies.
• Supports contracting and negotiation cycles, ensuring alignment to templates and policies.
• Collaborates with Planning, Finance, Quality, and Engineering to resolve procurement challenges.
• Identifies inefficiencies and drives continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Leads and executes RFPs and competitive bidding events, evaluating bids and summarizing findings.
