Our client, an aerospace corporation, is seeking a temporary to permanent Procurement/Buyer.

Responsibilities:

• Procure an array of materials across various programs.
• Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements. Develop RFPs and SOWs.
• Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs.
• Identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
• Support supply chain management within your specific team through related responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of buyer experience and 7+ years of supply chain management experience.
• A bachelor's degree in business or supply chain is required.
• Proven experience in the development of RFPs and SOWs is required.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements and compliance procedures is required.
• Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills.

Position Information:

• Pays $28-$33/hr, while temporary.
• Converts to a salary of up to $75k, if permanent.
• 100% Remote
• Hours are 9am-5pm.
