Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Co-op, internship, or academic project in Purchasing or Supply Chain is preferred.
• 1-3 years in purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage commodity strategies; evaluate suppliers and negotiate supply agreements.
• Support supplier management for lower-complexity commodities and progress toward independent management.
• Analyze quotations, pricing changes, and basic cost drivers to inform sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, operations, planning, and finance to support part changes and continuity of supply.
• Assist cost reduction and supplier-improvement initiatives by tracking actions and documenting savings.
