The Kendall Group Procurement & Business Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day procurement activities, ERP data management, and administrative business operations. This role links operations, project management, finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of materials and accurate ERP data.
You will create and issue purchase orders, track supplier quotes, monitor delivery schedules, maintain vendor files, and assist with onboarding.

Reporting to the Finance & Project Controls RPS Director the Procurement & Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of procurement activities and administrative business operations. This role serves as a critical link between operations, project management, finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of materials and services, accurate ERP data management, and efficient business processes.
3 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, operations, project administration, business administration, or related fields
Associate’s degree in business administration, supply chain, operations management, finance or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with ERP systems (Dynamics SL, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms ); ability to generate reports and analyze data; familiarity with purchase order processes and vendor management
Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, continuously evolving environment; time management skills
Ability to work well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service
Strong oral and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; strong analytical skills; ability to maintain confidentiality

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to temperature conditions and noise levels prevalent in an office environment. Work conditions at customer sites, which may be actively under construction, vary from indoor to outdoor industrial & electric utility facilities that may have high voltage equipment.
