You will collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain leaders to improve planning, production, and execution processes, while delivering a measurable project value for our global network.

The role emphasizes data analytics, process documentation, and change management, with opportunities to build practical project tools and gain hands-on experience across the Plan to Deliver

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or Business.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and present data to support decision making and problem solving.
• Able to document processes and communicate findings through written and visual formats.

Responsibilities

• Support a focus on a supply chain systems or operational excellence project by defining the problem and tracking deliverables.
• Analyze process, system, and performance data to identify gaps and opportunities for standardization or automation.
• Document current and future workflows, business requirements, decisions, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and understand system connections across Plan to Deliver.
• Create trackers, dashboards, process maps, and data dictionaries for reuse across sites.
• Assist with testing, training, and change readiness activities for scheduling, integration, or data improvement initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at project conclusions.
