Job summary

Everest Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Portland, OR for a 4-month, hybrid role. The Associate will support day-to-day procurement, process requisitions and POs, and assist with low-risk sourcing and contract administration.

The role collaborates with Category Buyers and Managers to ensure compliant workflows and efficient source-to-pay processes, while maintaining documentation and supporting policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10to02 years of experience in procurement or related field.
• Familiarity with purchase requisitions, POs, procurement workflows, and transactional purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and change orders per procurement policies.
• Review requests for accuracy and compliance with procurement requirements.
• Provide routine purchasing support and coordinate transactional activities for timely fulfillment.
