Qualifications

• 1-3 years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP or purchasing systems is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a procurement career.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and order status
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning
• Coordinate with sales and operations to meet customer needs

• Maintain accurate purchasing and vendor records
