Job Description:
Lead global sourcing and procurement efforts with a focus on IT/IS categories to deliver strategic value and operational efficiency.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Define and implement sourcing strategies for IT/IS subcategories
Engage stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs
Manage supplier relationships and performance evaluations
Drive category strategy development and execution
Lead sourcing initiatives including RFIs, RFPs, and negotiations
Analyze and report vendor performance and sourcing outcomes
Collaborate with global teams to ensure policy compliance
Develop and execute global category strategies
Support implementation of procurement contracts and systems
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing
1+ year in IT/IS procurement
Experience with contracts, RFPs, and supplier management
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sourcing tools
Nice-to-Haves:
MBA or Master's degree
Experience with supplier negotiations and procurement systems
Strategic and conceptual thinking skills
Strong communication and influencing abilities
Experience in risk and opportunity management
Comfort with ambiguity and matrix environments
