Job summary

Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest diamond jewelry retailer, is seeking an entry-level Buyer in Procurement to support indirect purchasing and category management. In this role you will create purchase orders, track orders, resolve invoice issues, and work with suppliers under the guidance of senior buyers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• Recent graduates and candidates with internships or related experience encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, finance, or related field; internship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Track orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery status.
• Resolve purchasing, delivery, quality, and invoice issues with internal and external partners.
• Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and purchasing data in systems.
• Support Procurement Managers and Sr. Buyers with daily tasks and projects.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial controls.
• Cross-train across procurement categories and processes.
