This is an entry‑level role designed for those starting a career in Procurement and Supply Chain. The role offers exposure to spend analysis, supplier performance, and cross‑training across categories under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, finance, or related field.
• Internship or project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Track orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery and status updates.
• Resolve purchasing, delivery, quality, and invoice issues with internal and external partners.
• Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and purchasing data in systems.
• Support Procurement Managers and Sr. Buyers with daily tasks and projects.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial controls.
