Job summary

The Boeing Company in Saint Charles, Missouri seeks an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join the Weapons Direct Attack Team on site. This role focuses on procurement activities in a dynamic, defense-related environment.

You will review demand, manage supplier relationships, and support sourcing strategies while ensuring compliance with U.S. export control requirements. The position is 1st shift and onsite.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
• 1+ year drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
• 1+ year managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.

Responsibilities

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
• Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
