Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by program year.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Intermediate level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP/Ariba/Oracle) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes data to provide benchmarks, financial analysis, and spend analytics.
• Analyzes data to identify opportunities and develops business cases.
• Tracks and coordinates project plans with goals and timelines.
• Leads RFx activities for medium to low value spend.
• Collaborates with accounting, finance, tax, and suppliers across procurement processes.
• Supports database management for contracts, spend, and supplier records.
• Performs operational procurement activities and supports supplier onboarding.
