Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities for mechanical construction projects.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes and pricing.
• Procure materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain vendor relationships and performance records.
• Resolve discrepancies with orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting material needs.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Gain hands-on exposure to field operations to better understand project material requirements.
