Gore & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join the Performance Solutions Global Procurement Team, advancing data-driven decision making across regions by collecting, validating, analyzing, and visualizing supplier data to support strategic sourcing and supplier performance improvements.
The role emphasizes building standardized dashboards, leveraging Power BI, SAP data, and automation (Power Apps/Power Automate) to reduce manual effort and improve reporting
We are looking for a Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join our Performance Solutions Global Procurement Team. In this role, you will advance the data-driven decision-making capabilities of the Global Procurement function within an external supplier manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for collecting, validating, structuring, analyzing, and visualizing procurement and supplier data across regions to support strategic sourcing, supplier performance improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. The role has a strong focus on optimization of procurement reporting, automation, SAP-connected data analysis, and collaborative digital solution building to improve reporting quality, reduce manual effort, and strengthen business insight.
The position location is flexible, and hire may reside in the United States or Germany.
This position can be located at our facility in Newark, Delaware or Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid workarrangement.
