Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a procurement and finance program leader to own the savings pipeline, ensure reporting integrity, and coordinate across procurement, finance, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Proven experience partnering with Finance on spend, savings, and forecasting alignment.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to reconcile and validate complex datasets.
• Ownership of reporting integrity and audit-ready processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders (procurement, finance, engineering).
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and financial systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP).
• Understanding of procurement processes, cost drivers, and savings methodologies.
• Strong executive communication skills translating data into clear leadership insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central owner for pipeline program management, spend and savings alignment, and reporting integrity.
• Own savings pipeline as a cross-functional program across procurement, finance, and engineering.
• Lead regular pipeline and savings reviews; provide visibility into performance, risks, and gaps.
• Identify data inconsistencies, process gaps, and reporting risks, and troubleshoot cross-functional issues across procurement and finance.
• Drive automation to reduce manual reporting and improve scalability and audit readiness.
