We are seeking two detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst II professionals to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in vendor communication, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The position involves both office-based work and travel for client meetings and facility inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate payment, delivery, scheduling, and organization of purchases.
Place and manage orders to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Analyze procurement data to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Communicate effectively with vendors to negotiate and clarify agreement terms.
Participate in client meetings and conduct facility inspections as needed.
