ASRC Federal System Solutions is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the FAA’s Radar System Replacement (RSR) program, the largest and most significant radar modernization effort within the National Airspace System (NAS).

Work location: Remote (preference to be located in the DC metro area)

Clearance: Public Trust

Summary: This role is central to ensuring that all materials, ancillary equipment, construction support services, rental equipment, and installation support resources are acquired, tracked, and delivered in alignment with the program’s aggressive schedule demands. The Procurement Analyst will work closely with program leadership, engineering teams, construction subcontractors, logistics personnel, and the Buyer’s logistics organization to coordinate the flow of equipment and materials to field locations.

The Procurement Analyst will manage procurement planning, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and delivery scheduling while ensuring cost-effective decisions, schedule compliance, and quality standards are maintained across all procurements. This position requires strong organizational skills, supply chain awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to operate across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced deployment environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all procurement and sourcing activities necessary to support RSR site implementations.

  • Source and purchase ancillary equipment, materials, tools, rental equipment, and services required for site preparation and installation activities.

  • Coordinate with construction subcontractors and vendors to ensure site readiness materials and services are delivered on schedule.

  • Liaise directly with the Buyer’s logistics team to coordinate delivery scheduling of Buyer-furnished radar components to field sites.

  • Track and manage inventory of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Buyer-Furnished Equipment (BFE) across active and upcoming sites.

  • Ensure procurement actions align with program schedule requirements and support rapid deployment timelines.

  • Evaluate vendors for quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

  • Support rental equipment coordination (lifts, generators, specialty tools, etc.) required for site installations.

  • Maintain procurement logs and delivery status reports to support program visibility.

  • Coordinate closely with engineering, installation teams, and program controls to anticipate procurement needs in advance of site execution.

  • Support contract and procurement compliance activities in coordination with contracts and finance teams.

  • Assist in developing procurement strategies that drive efficiency, cost control, and schedule reliability across the deployment portfolio.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or sourcing roles supporting large or complex programs.

  • Strong understanding of procurement planning, vendor coordination, and material tracking.

  • Experience managing multiple vendors and procurement actions simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort managing tracking logs and reports.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site deployment environment.

  • US Citizenship to successfully complete a government issued background investigation.

  • Flexibility to travel when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting FAA programs, federal contracts, or large government infrastructure programs.

  • Proficiency with Smartsheets.

  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, or field deployment programs.

  • Knowledge of NAS infrastructure, radar systems, or technical installation environments

  • Experience working within a PMO or program support structure.
