Job summary

Core Specialty seeks a Procurement Analyst to partner with Legal, IT, Finance and Risk to support procurement strategy and lifecycle management across the organization.

You will coordinate contract reviews, negotiate with vendors, maintain records, monitor policy adherence, and support audits using CLM systems and Workday. This role offers hybrid work with competitive benefits and future advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in procurement within regulated industries.
  • Experience with procurement, ERP and contract management systems.
  • Familiarity with CLM systems and vendor software.
  • CPSM/CPCM/CSCP certifications preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate contract review workflows with Legal, IT Risk, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on vendor agreements to ensure policy compliance.
  • Maintain procurement and supplier records in approved systems.
  • Monitor adherence to procurement policies and approvals.
  • Maintain documentation for regulatory and internal audits.
  • Develop reports and KPI dashboards for procurement.
  • Assist procurement transformation initiatives.

Job description

- Our Procurement Analyst will partner with business stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, Finance, IT and Risk Management to support the Organization’s procurement strategy and lifecycle management processes.

Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
  • Coordinate contract review workflows with Legal, IT Risk, and Business stakeholders.
  • Collaboration vendor agreements with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure terms comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain procurement and supplier records in approved systems.
  • Monitor adherence to procurement policies and approval requirements.
  • Maintain sourcing and contract documentation for regulatory and internal audit purposes.
  • Partner with legal to ensure timely updates of regulatory requirements in vendor contracts.
  • Manage all renewals and contract amendments throughout the lifecycle of each vendor relationship.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive reports and dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Ensure proper documentation of vendor agreements and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, and risk management teams to ensure vendor management processes comply with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Participate in procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Technical Knowledge and Understanding:
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and vendor software.
  • Strong communication, with the ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, legal, and risk management teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem -solving skills.
  • Experience supporting audit activities and maintaining documentation for internal and external compliance reviews.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience working in procurement.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., finance, insurance, healthcare).
  • Experience supporting competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations
  • Experience working with procurement, ERP, and contract management systems with Workday experience as a plus.
  • Experience in compliance and vendor management a plus.
  • Professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CPCM, CSCP, or procurement-related credential preferred.
