Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the ERP upgrade and procurement team. You will analyze spending data, assist in supplier negotiations, and coordinate supplier information flows to ensure accurate contracting and timely payments.

The role requires 2+ years of data analysis experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analysis experience required.
• Experience in contract negotiations, pricing and/or contract terms preferred.
• Experience working on ERP implementations or upgrades preferred.
• Some construction-related experience is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word including conditional formatting, lookup functions, pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement team with ERP upgrade, especially in the Purchasing module, including planning, workflows, testing, training and implementation.
• Analyze procurement data to identify spending trends, risk areas and cost savings opportunities.
• Assist with Supplier Financing by coordinating with suppliers and financial institutions.
• Manage electronic information sharing with suppliers for vendor setup, invoicing and payments per contract guidelines.
• Initiate and assist RFQ and RFP processes for national and regional suppliers.
• Assist in contract negotiations on terms, pricing and language aligned with goals.
• Perform Spend Analysis setup, testing and maintenance.
• Assist with supplier pre-qualification, evaluation and development.
• Coordinate meetings and workshops on procurement planning and trainings.

Are you a n analytical professional with expertise in negotiation? As a Procurement Analyst, you will support our procurement team during the ERP upgrade process. You will conduct in-depth analytics and assisting in the negotiation of supplier contracts to ensure optimal value for the organization. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to streamline our procurement processes and making a significant impact on our operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist procurement team with ERP upgrade, especially in the "Purchasing" module. This includes planning, preparing procurement related workflows and processes, testing, training and implementation


• Analyzes procurement data to identify spending trends, identify risk areas and recommend cost savings opportunities.


• Assist procurement team with Supplier Financing by coordinating with suppliers and financial institutions.


• Initiates and maintains electronic information sharing between suppliers and the Company with regard to vendor set-up, invoice and payment information to ensure accurate and timely correspondence within contract guidelines.


• Initiates and assists with Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Price (RFP) processes for national and regional suppliers.


• Assists in contract negotiations with suppliers regarding terms and conditions, pricing and contract language to align with strategic business goals.


• Performs Spend Analysis including set-up, testing and maintenance.


• Assists procurement team in Supplier Pre-qualification, Evaluation and Development.


• Coordinates meetings and workshops regarding procurement planning and trainings, as directed by management.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in data analysis required.


• Experience in contract negotiations, pricing and/or contract terms, preferred.


• Experience working on ERP implementations or upgrades preferred.


• Some construction related experience is a plus.


• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word including proven experience in conditional formatting, lookup functions, pivot tables and comparing documents.


• Able to identify trends in data and report on findings.


• Basic mathematics and entry level reasoning skills.


• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and external partners.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Able to fluctuate with the growth of the position and Company needs, willingness to be trained and grow personal knowledge about Construction and position needs.
