Job summary

Boeing in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent to join our Chinook team. This is a 1st shift, 100% onsite role.

You will work with suppliers to support demand and source strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Responsibilities include negotiating terms, preparing contractual documents, managing supplier performance, and coordinating risk, issues and opportunities.

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate, or Experienced Procurement Agent to join our dynamic Chinook team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania.

Position Responsibilities - Associate Level 2

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• More than 2 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
• More than 2 years of experience negotiating contracts, terms and conditions, and pricing

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
• Experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
• Experience with FAR / DFAR contracting

Typical Education/Experience

Associate Level 2: Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Experienced Level 3: Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range for Associate Level 2: $74,800 - $92,400

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 3: $94,350 - $116, 550
