Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking a Procurement Agent to source materials and services for multiple projects within the Advanced Technology division and Data Center market segments. You will evaluate vendors, enforce procurement policies, and maintain analytics to support timely, cost-effective procurement decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or construction management and at least 1 year of related construction experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain or Construction Management.
  • 1+ year related construction experience preferred.
  • Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) with general knowledge of database utilization.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Able to identify, track and communicate project plan steps and actions.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifies and evaluates vendors of materials, subcontractors, and service providers for recommendation to the Procurement Manager or others for use on projects.
  • Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams.
  • Collects and maintains procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
  • Maintains the records of goods ordered and received; supports Accounts Payable reconciliation.
  • Helps in the creation and negotiation of contracts under the supervision and guidance of a procurement manager.

Overview

Are you a detail-oriented professional with expertise in negotiation? As a Procurement Agent, you play a crucial role in sourcing the right products and materials that drive success for one or more projects in a division. Your expertise ensures that projects are equipped with high-quality resources, enabling teams to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to shape our supply chain and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

This is a full-time position supporting an Advanced Technology project, which includes out Data Center market segments.

What you will be doing

What we are looking for
